Introduction

 

Lithium iron phosphate battery is a lithium-ion battery using lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) as positive material and carbon as negative material. The rated voltage of the monomer is 3.2V and the charging cut-off voltage is 3.6V ~ 3.65v.
During charging, some lithium ions in lithium iron phosphate are removed, transferred to the negative electrode through electrolyte and embedded into the negative carbon material; At the same time, electrons are released from the positive electrode and reach the negative electrode from the external circuit to maintain the balance of chemical reaction. In the process of discharge, the lithium ion comes out of the main pole and reaches the positive pole through the electrolyte. At the same time, the negative pole releases electrons and reaches the positive pole from the external circuit to provide energy for the outside world.

 

 

Precautions for the Design of Battery Box

 

  1. Battery box should have enough mechanical strength to make sure that the battery inside would avoid mechanical shock;
  2. Places inside of the box which are used to fix batteries should not have sharp edges;
  3. The cooling issue of the battery box should be fully considered. Overheating damages to cells or batteries caused by battery box thermal design problem, CALB will not assume responsibility for such quality assurance;
  4. Battery box design should be full considered about the battery waterproof and dustproof problem, battery box must meet the relevant national standards for water and dust levels. Cell or battery damage due to water, dust problems caused (such as corrosion, rust, etc.), CALB will not assume responsibility for such quality assurance.
