The Spring Festival holiday has just finished, the after-sales service department colleagues quickly rushed to the site of an engine customer in Chongqing to carry out the delivery and commissioning of the engine performance and emission test bench.

In order to better achieve the engine transient emission test conditions, we cooperated with the customer to adjust different series of engines to the optimal state. The mechanical team colleagues made drawing and designed tooling on site. The software team colleagues constantly repeated experiments, performed compatibility tests, modified procedures, adjusted strategies to ensure the stable operation of the entire engine emission test bench. Finally, through our unremitting efforts, the whole debugging process was shortened by two weeks than the customer expected, and it was put into operation ahead of schedule.

The reliability, practicability and import substitutability of the engine performance and emission test bench delivered this time were well received by the customer; At the same time, our ability to find problems on the spot, solve problems and ensure delivery has been recognized by the customer.
