The following are key points for professional selection:

I. Engine Testing

The rated power/torque, rated speed, and maximum no-load speed of the engine to be tested must be clearly defined. The parameter range of the dynamometer must fully cover the engine's operating scope, with a 10%-20% redundancy allowance. If it is a manufacturer, it is necessary to confirm in advance whether the factory's 380V power grid allows grid connection, and then match the energy feedback type or resistance-type energy dissipation configuration.

II. Motor Testing

Key matching parameters include rated power/torque, speed range, and rated current/voltage. For testing new energy motors, extra attention needs to be paid to the dynamic response speed of the dynamometer to ensure the precision of transient performance testing. Manufacturers need to simultaneously confirm the compliance of the 380V power grid connection to ensure stable equipment operation.

III. Transmission Testing

It is recommended to use a dual dynamometer test bench (input-side drive + output-side loading). When selecting a test bench, the input/output power, speed range, gear ratios of each shift and rated output torque of the gearbox must be clearly defined. At the same time, the speed adjustment accuracy and torque loading accuracy of the dynamometer must be matched to meet the testing requirements for transmission efficiency, shift smoothness and other aspects.
