company news about Heavy-duty transmission test bench passed acceptance and delivered

    From October 28th to November 2nd, 2023,  Russian customer conducted pre-acceptance of heavy-duty transmission test bench project in our company.

        Heavy-duty transmission test bench is our customized test equipment for transmission efficiency test, performance test and life test, vibration and failure analysis of heavy-duty vehicle transmission and axle. The test bench includes three 600KW AC dynamometers as the test core, and the output torque is up to 90000Nm. The test bench adopts common DC bus design, based on excellent test performance, efficient use of energy, energy saving and environmental protection.

     During the one-week pre-acceptance process, we successfully passed the equipment quantity inspection, equipment appearance inspection, static and dynamic test verification and other acceptance contents, and conducted preliminary equipment training for customers.

     The customer commented highly of our company's advanced production of such high-quality equipment, and made detailed communication and planning for the next step of cooperation.

     After acceptance, our company completed the export packaging of the whole set of equipment in only three days, and loaded and shipped. It is expected that the whole set of equipment will be put into use in the customer place within this year, creating huge product value for customers.
