Motor Dynamometer Test Bench Systems Core Classification
Motor dynamometer test bench systems are specialized equipment for testing the performance, quality, and reliability of motors. They can collect key parameters such as power, efficiency, speed, and torque. The core categories are as follows:
I. By test object
It is divided into DC/AC/servo/stepper/new energy vehicle drive motor test bench systems and high voltage/low voltage motor test bench systems. It can also be further subdivided into stators, rotors and controller-specific test bench systems according to components.
II. By test status
Static systems (measuring static parameters such as insulation and withstand voltage), dynamic systems (measuring operating speed, load response, etc.).
III. By test purpose
It covers performance testing (R&D optimization), quality inspection (factory quality inspection), reliability testing (life/extreme conditions), fault diagnosis testing (fault location), and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) and other specialized tests.
IV. By core equipment
Based on the type of dynamometer, motor test bench systems are divided into hysteresis, magnetic powder, eddy current, and electric dynamometer test bench systems. The systems usually consist of control, power supply, measurement, data processing units and supporting equipment.
V. By operation mode
It includes manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic test bench systems.
