On 27th December 2024, electric dyno test bench for diesel engine performance and emission test customized for Chongqing RATO Group finished pre-acceptance successfully and began to transport to customer construction site.
At the same time, Seelong project delivery team arrived to customer’s construction site in advance to prepare for equipment installation and commissioning work.
This test bench is mainly consist of parts below:
AC dynamometer: 110KW, Seelong self-produced high quality and performance dyno.
Frequency inverter system: the core part is ABB inverter and can realize common DC bus and energy feedback performance.
Test and control system: Seelong self-developed software, it is completely open and can provide customers with free interfaces.
This system also includes data acquisition system, fuel consumption, throttle control system, coolant circulation temperature control system, air intake system, exhaust ventilation system and other assistance systems(eg: UPS power supply, ECU power supply, calibration system, cast iron plates...)
On 1st January 2025, delivery team already started the installation work, we look forward that our cooperation will increase production and bring benefits for our customers.
