company news about Seelong heavy-duty transmission test bench has been accepted and shipped

From October 28 to November 2, 2023, Russian customers conducted pre-acceptance of the heavy-duty transmission test bench project at Seelong.

The heavy-duty transmission test bench is customized by our company and is applied for testing the transmission efficiency, performance and life, vibration and failure analysis of heavy-duty vehicle transmission and axles. This equipment consists of three 600KW AC dynamometers as the test core, with an output torque of up to 90,000Nm. The bench adopts a common DC bus design, which uses energy efficiently and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly based on excellent test performance.

During the one week pre-acceptance process, we successfully completed the acceptance content of equipment quantity counting, equipment appearance inspection, static and dynamic test verification, and provided preliminary equipment training for customers.

The customer highly praised our company for completing the production and manufacturing of such high-quality equipment in advance, and also provided detailed communication and planning for the next steps of cooperation.

After acceptance, our company only completed the export packaging of the entire equipment in three days, and it was loaded and shipped recently. It is expected that the entire set of equipment will be put into use by customers this year, creating huge product value for customers.
