The control program for differential test can be compiled and modified separately, and the parameter setting is easy to understand. For the control and monitoring data (such as speed rpm, torque N.m, speed difference rpm, temperature ℃) in the control cabinet and computer can be real-time detection, display, record, and error prompt.
The test software should be able to set the test parameters through the user interface, allow users to customize, store and execute the test process, and real-time data acquisition. The computer screen can display all kinds of test data in real time, draw curves of time test force, loading torque locking coefficient, etc., and fully automatic data processing; The test data can be saved in a variety of file formats, and can be imported into word, Excel and other software for processing; The special test result data processing program can realize the functions of data retrieval, printing, etc. through the program, the test data can be exported to excel for analysis. Data acquisition and automatic control system can run for 200 hours continuously.
The test has the function of differential speed test. The speed difference between the two sides is from 0 to 100 rpm, which can be adjusted according to the test requirements; When the self-locking differential is tested, the torque on both sides can be measured and the self-locking coefficient curve can be drawn; For the ordinary differential, the torque and speed of the output end can be controlled to ensure the speed difference between the two sides and complete the differential life test.
