The 60-kilowatt new energy motor electric dynamometer test bench, providing all-round performance verification for motor research and development and production through precise working condition simulation and efficient data collection.
The new energy motor test bench is designed with a power of 60 kilowatts as its core. It can simulate typical conditions such as urban road congestion start-stop and suburban road cruise, and supports motor-electric/power generation bidirectional mode tests. When the motor is in an energy recovery state (such as downhill braking), the test bench can feed more than 85% of the regenerative power back to the grid, reducing the test's energy consumption and realistically recreating the vehicle's energy management scenario.
