This test bench was developed specifically for 180-kilowatt gasoline engines. With "electric loading - precise measurement and control - condition simulation" as its technical core, it follows standards such as GB/T 18297 and GB19055. Furthermore, it can conduct full-condition tests on engine power performance, economy and emission characteristics. Dynamic load simulation is achieved through an electric dynamometer, and more than 50 parameters are collected synchronously in conjunction with a high-precision sensing system. It is suitable for scenarios such as passenger car engine development, hybrid system matching, and component verification. The modular design supports engine testing of different technical routes such as turbocharging and direct injection. ​
