Applications
SMHM Series dynamometer is a special test equipment with high speed . The main task is to apply the load to the motors,high speed engine. etc. The dynamometer also has the function of driving the test piece.
Its main purpose is to test the performance of Vehicle motor, turbine and High speed gearbox. These samples have the characteristics of High speed output. SMHM realizes the accurate control of speed and torque through the efficient inverter system, and all test operations can be completed by computer control commands. At the same time, the high-speed data communication module makes the system have high real-time performance. SMHM Series dynamometer has the characteristics of small volume, small moment of inertia, low speed torque output and high dynamic response.

The SeeLong SE-Motor test beds are used for analyzing and determining electrical, mechanical, thermal and acoustic properties. Functionality, reliability and durability tests and cold start performance measurements can be implemented under realistic conditions. The integrated SeeLong TCM automation system allows for fully automatic runs, so time and cost-efficient test ones for aII relevant test procedures. All measurement data is saved with a uniform time stamp and can be processed further with the data post processing tool, The optional integration of the “Virtual Proving Ground” technology based on SeeLong SLM also offers a virtual development and test environment to implement integration, optimization and validation tasks even on the test bed. The test specimen is (by means of simple parameterization) integrated in a virtual vehicle environment and tested systematically with reproducible, realistic driving maneuvers. Control units within the vehicle can be emulated in SeeLong SLM or connected as real devices to SeeLong SLM.
