Introduction
The new energy vehicle motor test system tests the performance of the motor controller and the motor according to the requirements of the vehicle motor, provides accurate and reliable test charts and data, and tests the power performance, efficiency characteristics and safety protection functions of the electric drive system. The performance of the electric drive system is evaluated; and the vehicle motor control strategy is studied by simulating the actual operating conditions of the vehicle. Carry out the motor control performance test of the full-function electric vehicle converter, and can complete the loading test and functional test tasks of the 160kw motor and the motor controller. Principle of the test bench: (electric power dynamometer system) The test bench uses the ACS-880 series inverter produced by ABB to accurately control the torque and speed of the load motor. Due to the DTC direct torque control method, the inverter can achieve high-dynamic torque output to the load motor at high speed. The PSG energy feedback module is used in conjunction with the frequency converter to replace the resistance braking and feed back the power of the grid. The speed and torque are directly measured by the sensor; the power analyzer detects voltage, current, frequency, etc.; the industrial computer automatically detects, displays and completes data processing, reports and various curves, and comprehensively analyzes the performance of the motor.
