Product introduction
New energy motor performance test bench is mainly used for performance and reliability test of driving motor and motor controller. The whole system equipment parameter measurement precision is high, meet the needs of actual test technology, with advanced technology, high accuracy, high reliability, easy maintenance and other superior performance. At the same time supporting powerful measurement and control software, complete the data processing and data/curve output.

The platform adopts our XLM1000 numerical control system, which is used for the whole control of the motor test bench. The XLM1000 control system communicates with the inverter system through CAN bus to complete the setting and control of each working condition of the platform. The XLM1000 control system receives the parameters of the motor collected by the data acquisition system through the RS485 serial port. At the same time, the XLM1000 control system integrates the external auxiliary equipment for centralized communication and control. The whole test process of the motor can be automatically controlled.
