The engine test bench adopts an AC electric dynamometer as the test core.
The variable frequency inverter system is adopted as the actuator controller of the electric dynamometer.
The XLM1000 engine test measurement control system is adopted as the core of the bench control.
The XLM1000 system is developed based on the C# platform. It can conduct high dynamic control of the system and automatically complete the relevant set test cycles and the dynamic test cycles defined by the client.
Meanwhile, the XLM1000 measurement and control system meets the requirements of integrating external auxiliary equipment, centralized communication and control.
The data acquisition system can measure and collect various parameters of the engine, and record, process, display and generate test reports in real time through the XLM1000 system.
