Product introduction

 

Slzn-2000 dynamic torque sensor is a non-contact high-speed rotation sensor, also known as torque speed sensor, because of its high measurement quality and low linear error, sensor has been in the advantage of torque measurement products. The SLZN-2000 torque sensor adopts a non-contact design and is suitable for long time rotational torque measurement and high speed rotational torque measurement environments due to the absence of wearing parts. The SLZN-2000 torque sensor is a good choice for testing systems on production lines or test stands or on test machines. In addition, We offer three types of torque sensors for dynamic torque and speed measurement. All three sensor models use our unique non-contact differential transformer torque measurement technology, which offers many advantages, not least the absence of electronic rotation during operation. Slzn-2000 can be measured at high speed up to 6000 RPM. Each model has an integrated regulating electronic module that provides torque output and open collector speed output. Our torque sensors are very reliable, providing high overload protection, excellent long-term stability and high noise resistance.

 

Speed measurement is divided into:

 

1. The photoelectric and code disk principle is used in high speed measurement.

2. When measuring angle, displacement and low speed, the incremental encoder principle is used to design, which has high accuracy, stable and reliable performance and long service life.

  • Using advanced measurement algorithm, the measurement error of data signal can be reduced to ± 1Hz.
  • Through the digital bus interface signal, the measured value of torque and speed is directly transmitted to the computer and other network control equipment.
  • The bus data communication has CRC data verification function, and the reliability of data transmission is high.
  • The measured parameters can be remotely modified by computer and other control equipment, and the parameters can be completely saved after power failure.
  • It has a variety of intelligent functions, such as overload alarm, fault detection, status indication, etc.
  • Long distance data transmission can be realized through digital bus interface.
