The new energy electric vehicle motor test bench is mainly used for the conventional performance test, endurance test, and load test of the vehicle new energy electric motor and its controller, as well as other user development and research test (such as motor development, test, comparison test, etc.), to meet the development needs of its electric vehicle project. The test-bed can complete the performance test of electric vehicle motor, which will provide the hardware test guarantee for the user’s independent research and development, assist the user to perfect the design scheme, verify the product performance, and so on.
(1) Mechanical part: Used to install the test piece, load motor, torque sensor, etc.
(2) Drive control system: Used to control the load motor. Including AC frequency converter, power dynamometer measurement, and control instrument, etc.
(3) Electric parameter measurement system: the power analyzer can test all-electric parameters in the system and convert, collect and calculate them. Equipped with power analyzer mainframe, test data lines, etc.
(4) Temperature-controlled cooling system: it is used to absorb the heat of the motor and its controller, guarantee the normal test process of the system through pressure adjustment, provide the reliability and service life of the system;
(5) Data test system: it includes the test and conversion of field parameters such as torque, speed, temperature, and pressure of the test motor and its temperature control equipment
(6) Upper computer control system: it is used to control the load system to perform the relevant tasks and provide the user with a man-machine control interface. Including Industrial Control Computer, test control software system.
