A small high-speed bearing test bench is used for testing bearings at high temperatures (room temperature) and high speeds. This testing machine has two control modes: manual and computer programmed automatic control. Under the automatic control operation mode of the computer, the testing machine can conduct high-speed tests on bearings according to the set load spectrum. The computer automatically collects and stores test data, and can automatically determine the failure of the bearings and stop the machine based on the set failure parameters.

SYJ-d20-60 bearing life test machine mainly consists of a bed, a test body, a drive system, a loading system, a lubrication system, an air cooling system, an electrical control system, and software, as shown in Figure 1.

1) Matrix
The Matrix, regarded as the base of the railway bearing test bench, is made of ductile iron, which can ensure the stability of the test bench in high-speed rotation and large load operation.
2) Test bench body
The test bench body is the core part of the railway bearing test bench, and its structure is the key to the railway bearing test bench technology. The test bench body consists of a loading device, a test shaft system, a test bearing, a loading mechanism, etc.

3) Drive system
The driving motor adopts a servo motor, which adopts speed closed loop control. The motor transmits speed and torque to the test spindle. The motor power is 37kW, and the motor characteristic curve is as follows.

4) Loading system
The loading system adopts a hydraulic servo valve closed loop mode. The hydraulic loading system will be placed outside the test bench body, which is convenient for maintenance and heat dissipation. The hydraulic loading system is an important part of the electro-hydraulic closed loop servo loading system.
5) Lubrication system
The lubrication system is the equipment bearing lubrication system. To meet the lubrication requirements for the equipment bearings, the lubrication system should be equipped with supply and return oil pumps.
6) Control system and electrical parts
The control system consists of Omron programmable controller, programmable control terminal, frequency conversion drive unit, various sensors (temperature, speed, pressure, vibration) acquisition units, motors, etc.
7) Air cooling system
The axial flow fan uses the ultra-low noise axial flow fan produced by Texas Asia Pacific Group Co., Ltd., YTCZ-6.3F, with an air volume of 15800 m3/h, a wind speed of 10m/s, and a controlled air supply speed.
